The Huber Heights restaurant will be located at 7611 Old Troy Pike, according to city records. The Dayton Daily News first reported about this location in June.

The second location is at 3320 Benchwood Road in Butler Twp., where dozens of restaurants are located.

Both locations will seat about 166 guests and will operate from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., and will eventually move to a 24-hour schedule. The restaurants bring 260 jobs to the area, and will be built with porcelain floors and IHOP’s iconic banquette seating.
