3. Bed, Bath & Beyond will go in right next to Buy Buy Baby — plus another retailer could occupy the remaining space of that new shopping area. Bed, Bath & Beyond will be about 28,172 square feet. The space where the store will go was formerly occupied by Cub Foods. Find out more details about Bed, Bath & Beyond's new location in the Miami Valley.

4. More pizza is coming to Kettering. A building official tells us a new pizza joint has filed plans for a new store next to the D20: A Bar with Characters on East Whipp Road. Find out more about the new carryout restaurant here.

5. A little farther north, IKEA is making headway on its new location in Columbus.
