We are selling our mobile home because we need to upgrade for our growing family.
We have put a LOT of work into this home, and I mean a lot. We ripped up the entire floor (including sub floor) in the kitchen and living room and put in Brand new flooring in March 2011. We ripped out and replaced with Brand new plumbing throughout entire home March 2011. New Heat tape/insulation installed Fall 2011. Brand new carpet installed in living room and hallway in November 2011. Home has propane furnace, it works, but is currently not being used, due to some of the vents in house possibly needing replaced. We have used Electric baseboard portable heaters all winter, never had an electric bill over $200!
