Health Inspections: Sharks Fish and Chicken

Violations: Observed ingredient working containers not labeled with correct contents at the time of inspection. Food services shall properly label working containers in the food preparation areas to prevent misuse and contamination.

Observed food contact surfaces, sauce containers, food handling containers and lids with accumulation of debris. Food services shall clean all food contact surfaces sight to touch to prevent accumulation of contamination of food.

Observed non-food contact surfaces with accumulation of debris at the time of inspection. Food services shall clean all non-food surfaces to prevent potential contamination of food. Non-food contact surfaces include rolling wire shelving next to the fryers, sandwich preparation cooler across from the fryers and the grill top, shelving across from the three compartment sink.

Dumpster refuse area outside has accumulation of debris all around the outside of the dumpster units. Food services shall maintain refuse areas to prevent accumulation and pest attraction.

Observed flying pests in the food service area at the time of inspection. Food services shall control all pests to prevent contamination of food.

Working containers of cleaning chemicals are not labeled with correct contents. Food services shall label all working containers of chemicals to prevent misuse and contamination.

Observed storage of cleaning chemicals over food and food use items at the time of inspection. Food services shall store all chemicals to prevent contamination of food and food use items.

Comments: Re-inspection will occur in 14 days or there after.
