“Guests should arrive a little bit early to get through the line,” said Cheryl Landen, secretary of the group that organizes the annual event.
Overall, the display at Smith Park features more than 90 separate displays.
“Light Up Middletown is a tradition in Middletown. It’s a huge part of Christmas,” said Bill Becker, chairman of Light Up Middletown.

WHAT: Balloon Glow at Light Up Middletown
WHEN: The Balloon Glow will be from 7 to 7:30 p.m. Dec. 11. Light Up Middletown is from 6 to 10 p.m. every night through New Years Eve, including holidays.
