WACKY FOOD: This cheesy dish will have you spinning in circles

People have been talking about the pizzas at Spinoza's Gourmet Pizza & Salads for years. Who could blame them?

With 16 eclectic, hearth-baked options—in addition to allowing customers to design their own—the menu reads like a pizza lover’s dream.

But of all the things offered, the most unique may be Spinoza’s Swirl Bread.

Baked with roasted garlic oil and covered with melted Fontina and Romano cheese, this delicious side item is served with a choice of five different dipping sauces: marinara, buttermilk ranch, chipotle ranch, Parmesan peppercorn or roasted garlic aioli.

But what makes it even more unique is how you eat it.

Prepared in the familiar Spinoza’s swirling logo, guests peel the bread away in a circular motion. Swirl Bread is plentiful enough to split between three or four people and adds a little fun to the dining experience.
