Kids eat free at Beavercreek pizza shop special event

This kids-eat-free event comes with none — and we mean NONE — of the customary fine print.

Beavercreek Pizza Dive, 4021 Dayton-Xenia Road in, yes, Beavercreek, will host a "Kids Eat Free Halloween Party" from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 27. And get this: no adult purchase is necessary.

Here’s how it works: Children 10 years of age and younger and wearing a costume can eat free Pepperoni & Cheese Pizza and Pretzel Bites from the restaurant’s Halloween Buffet. And the drink — a juice box — is free, too.

No purchase is necessary. If parents or siblings 11 and older WOULD like to eat from the All-You-Can-Eat Halloween Buffet, the cost will be $5 per person with water (tax included) or $7 with a fountain drink (tax included). Customers also can order from the regular menu, Beavercreek Pizza Dive's owners said.

“But really, it’s not necessary to order anything for your children to enjoy the fun and food and meet lots of other children giving their Halloween costumes a test run,” the restaurant’s owners said.

Spaghetti Warehouse offer: kids eat free on Halloween weekend

Decoy Art Studio will offer free kids’ art activities during the event. And Sanderson Insurance will hand out treat bags with goodies and freebies to the first 300 children in costume (while supplies last). The restaurant will throw in a free-pizza certificate to each bag.
