A Dayton Halloween tradition more than two decades old is back.

According to the page, it will take place Oct. 30-31 on Stoddard Ave. in Dayton’s Grafton Hill neighborhood.

The story of a local man proposing to his girlfriend at the 2013 glow received international attention.
