Top 10 things to do this week

1) FIGHT NIGHT

On any given day, a bout of fisticuffs between local professionals is severely frowned upon. That concept is turned on its ear each year when Dayton History hosts Fight Night. The annual fundraiser with a 1920s flair returns to Memorial Hall, 125 E. First St., Dayton, at 7 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 25.

The program is co-presented by Brown Institute of Martial Arts, where fighters train with Jeff Brown in advance of the bouts. Saturday evening’s participants, such as Meryl Westerheide, Chris Kemp, Tyler Visagie and Jenn Henry, will engage in three-round fights.

Cost: $15 in advance, $20 at the door. Proceeds benefit Dayton History. Call 937-293-2841 or visit www.daytonfightnight.com.
