Job seekers can meet with 11 employers at upcoming fair

If you’re looking to find a job, you may want to check out a jobs fair this month in West Carrollton, where 11 employers will be taking part.

The West Carrollton Works Jobs Fair hosted by the city will be July 22.

The free event will include: American Cutting Edge, City of West Carrollton, Dayton Progress, Farmers & Merchants Bank, Ginko Systems, Insignia Display, Needmore Vending, NuVasive, UPS, the West Carrollton City School District and Youthland Academy.

The West Carrollton-based employers are currently hiring in a variety of fields, according to the city.

Interested applicants are encouraged to bring resumes or other materials to fill out job applications. The types of available positions range from clerical, call center and sales representatives, machinists and CNC programmers, quality and manufacturing engineers, IT technicians, human resources, child care, food service and several more.

The third annual event will run from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the West Carrollton YMCA gymnasium, 900 S. Alex Road.
