JUST IN: Dayton Beer Company to unveil 2 new ‘Dynamo’ beers Friday

The Dayton Beer Company is poised to unveil two new beers in 16-ounce cans at the downtown Dayton brewery this Friday, April 14.

The DBC's "FULL 90 IPA" and "GCS Lager" were brewed specifically for the Dayton Dynamo soccer club, brewery founder Peter Hilgeman said. Plans call for serving the beers this year during Dynamo home games at Roger Glass Stadium adjacent to Chaminade-Julienne High School.

DBC patrons and Dynamo fans can be the first to snag a 4-pack at the brewery at 41 Madison St. starting Friday for $9.99 — and for every 4 pack purchased, they will get a complimentary DBC/DYNAMO glass.

The FULL 90 IPA is 6.5 percent alcohol by volume and 58 IBUs, while the GCS Lager is 4.2 percent alcohol with 28 IBUs. The canned beers will hit the Dayton-area retail market starting next week, Hilgeman said.
