Vivek Patel, the franchise owner/operator of the Cornerstone of Centerville Which Wich, told this news outlet that he is shooting for a soft opening by the end of March.

Plans call for hiring 15 to 17 employees for the 30-seat restaurant, Patel said.

The franchisee said he plans to open a second Which Wich sandwich shop “in the near future,” although no site has been identified.

Growth in and around the Cornerstone of Centerville development, and the traffic generated by anchor stores such as Costco Wholesale and Kroger, made the Centerville site an attractive location.

Those first-in-market restaurants include Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen, CoreLife Eatery, Panda Express, and Bagger Dave’s Burger Tavern. Two other chains — Zoup and MOD Pizza — opened their second Dayton-area locations in Cornerstone within the last six months.
