“We put the new menu in place today, and we’re in the process of changing the name,” Hogan said.
Many of the traditional favorites from Murray’s are retained on the new menu, but Hogan said she and her partner Heil are adding some of their own specialties. All barbecue sauces and salad dressings are made in-house, including a garlicky house Italian, she said.
The 937 Grill is open weekdays from 11 a.m. to 2:30 a.m., and on Saturday and Sunday, it serves breakfast starting at 9 a.m. The new owners will likely push the weekend opening time to 8 a.m. in the coming weeks, Hogan said.
