The front condo in what was once Central Baptist Church is up for grabs for an asking price of $400,000.

Established in 1882, the church was repurposed for housing in the late 90s, according to real estate agent Denise Swick of Re/Max Alliance Realty.

The 2,583 square foot home was the first of the four condos in the building to be reimagined for housing.

Denise says it has the most historical features – the steeple, a dumb waiter, pully system and congregation doors included.

She gave us a tour of the three bedroom, two and a half bath home with heated below ground parking.
