Clinton, who has been involved with some of the heaviest hitters in music — from James Brown and Jimi Hendrix to, most recently, rapper Kendrick Lamar — was at Dayton’s own Funk museum to support the growth of the city’s 7,000-square-foot space.
Founder and CEO of the center David Webb said Clinton’s mission was the visit the Funk Center and to “give support to this grass roots movement and let people know in the world there is a Funk Museum in Dayton, Oh.”

Clinton & the Parliament Funkadelic were in town for a show at the Rose Music Center in Huber Heights along with Brian Culbertson.
