The tours started under a gazebo at Newcom Founders Park at Green and Brown streets. Self-guided tour tickets are $10, along with a 1 p.m. guided tour by Wright State history professor Dr. Roy L. Vice.
The tour can be extended to South Park where participants can enjoy a tour of its gardens through purchase of an additional $10 ticket at their gazebo, according to a release. The South Park tour was set from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The Oregon Historic District Society is a nonprofit made of residents of the city’s oldest historic district, according to a release.
The neighborhood was established in July of 1829 and registered on the National Register of Historic Places in 1974.
