Palermo’s restaurants in Kettering, West Chester are up for sale

Palermo's Restaurant in Kettering and its sister restaurant in West Chester are for sale.

Palermo’s owner Mefail “Meef” Demnika is looking to branch out into other business ventures — although he may decide to retain ownership of one of the two restaurants, Demnika said in a release. And both restaurants remain open and operating business as usual.

“It’s time to look at other business opportunities,” Deminka said.

Demnika said the Kettering restaurant at 2667 S. Dixie Drive is the more likely candidate to remain open as Palermo’s. The Butler County location is at 6096 West Chester Rd.

“As we go through this process we want to make sure we listen to our customers, who have been very loyal,” Demnika said. “They love us, and we love them, so it’s quite possible we keep Kettering open under the right circumstances.”
