Popular Beavercreek brewpub unveils its must-see patio

The Wandering Griffin Brewery & Pub in Beavercreek opened its patio with a bang yesterday, April 9.

Opening day included live music by Why So Serious. The brewpub’s patio has seating for about 100, although that number is expected to grow to about 140 in the weeks ahead, according to Brian Young, Wandering Griffin’s co-founder.

The 10,000-square-foot brewpub — located at the former Quaker Steak & Lube space at 3725 Presidential Drive off Colonel Glenn Highway, across from Wright State University —opened in late November 2016. Its founders expect to start brewing beer at the brewpub later this year.
