The brewery will celebrate the release this Friday, March 10, with a special event starting at 5 p.m. in its taproom at 305 N. Walnut St. in Yellow Springs.
“Come ready to party Yellow Springs-style wearing your tie-dye, flowing skirts and Birkenstocks,” YSB officials said in a release.
The brewery also plans to have variants of Springer Golden Ale on tap that day.

“We are planning to have a few twists of Springer on tap that we believe not only enhance the beer but will also help welcome the long awaited coming of spring” Chris Hutson, event coordinator at Yellow Springs Brewery, said in a release.
“Customers will be able to experience all things Yellow Springs at the release party … . It’s our hope to offer folks a chance to come out of their winter hibernation as we usher in the changing of the seasons. Along with our special variants there are also plans for live acoustic music, food, flowers and a few tricks up our sleeves.”

Yellow Springs Brewery opened in April 2013. Last year, it added 1,600 square feet and new production equipment to its brewhouse and tasting room to help accommodate retail sales of canned beers. And this year, it purchased the former Village Lanes bowling alley at 1475 Xenia Ave. in Yellow Springs for use as a distribution center.
YSB beers are now available in kegs and cans across the Miami Valley from Wapakoneta to northern Cincinnati, and in the Columbus area.
