New Irish pub coming to Centerville

CENTERVILLE — A new Irish Pub should be open in time for St. Patrick’s Day.

Scott and Candy Anderson, the owners of Murphy's Irish Pub and Grille in Bellbrook, are opening a second bar and restaurant called Paddy's Irish Pub in Centerville, the Dayton Daily News reports.

The pub is expected to open by March 1 in the former Tavern on Main, 953 S. Main St., Centerville, which closed on Sunday. The space previously housed a Beef O’Brady’s pub.

Paddy’s will offer a similar menu to what is served at Murphy’s, which includes Irish food and beverages. The owners are going to reconstruct the inside of the restaurant, adding a fireplace.
