Have a sweet tooth? So do we.

Luckily for all of us, there are a slew of candy shops in the Miami Valley to check out. Here are some favorites.

La Puf

They’re known for their gourmet cotton candy, but they’ve got several sweet treats to try, including Sweet Tart Chews, rock candy, gummies, and an array of many classic candy favorites.

The Oakwood Candy Shoppe

Kettering resident and owner Katherine Wright said the store will focus on old-fashioned candy that “people grew up on,” bringing back memories of childhood — allowing customers to share their favorites with their children. All of the candies will be pre-packaged, she said.

This new store has scores of sugary treats, including more than 20 versions of gummy bears, plus a wide array of milk and dark chocolates, toffees, buckeyes, fruit slices, chewy candies, bubble gum, Swedish fish and some sugar-free options.
