“Brunch is one of our favorite meals,” Beth Sparks, owner and operator of The Drunken Waffle said. “When the opportunity came to offer it each Sunday at The Cannery, we jumped. It may get cold, but nothing’s better for that than a hearty, warm waffle sandwich.”

With a menu filled with waffle sandwiches and more, The Drunken Waffle became synonymous with Dayton brunch last September when they hosted Brunch! A Food Truck Rally at the Yellow Cab.
“We had a great response at Brunch! It was one of our busiest days ever,” Sparks said. “We’re excited to be back at the irons and turning out brunches for our great customers.”
The Drunken Waffle Sunday Brunch service begins on the first Sunday in December and will happen each week from 10 a.m.-2 p.m., with the exception of Christmas Day. The truck will remain on the road throughout the winter with locations and hours changing weekly and posted on their Facebook page.
