The Atlanta rap trio was on its way to a performance in Des Moines, Iowa.

According to TMZ, Takeoff, Offset and Quavo were traveling in first class on the flight out of Atlanta and had fallen asleep. Takeoff's bag was on the floor and not in an overhead bin, as required by Federal Aviation Administration regulations.

The plane taxied to the runway, but the pilot aborted takeoff and returned to the gate, where Takeoff was told to leave the plane. The remainder of the musical crew deplaned in a show of solidarity.

A Delta spokesperson told TMZ that Migos members repeatedly ignored instructions from crew members instructions to stow the carry-on luggage and buckle seat belts. They have since been rebooked on another flight and are scheduled to land in Iowa about 9 p.m. CDT. The website for their performance site lists a showtime of 7 p.m.

Video taken by Migos’ manager shows the group calmly trying to figure out what happened, while their manager threatens to sue the airline.
