Jazz fans, check out Phonic Uproar and The Johnson Treatment at Oregon Express on Friday evening. Phonic Uproar was founded at the University Of Dayton and features six male vocalists. The Johnson Treatment is a jazz combo also consisting of current and alumni students from the University of Dayton. Nice! Their style ranges from the Big Band, funk, to modern. I love this concept! Check it out! 9:30pm. $5 cover. 21+

A show I'm interested in checking out is Outdated View, from Akron. They are a heavy blues rock band, that is new to me. Checked out their debut EP and sounds like a fun rock show to me! Local band The Willy Clark Band kicks off the night.  Jimmie's Ladder 11. Show at 9pm. $5 cover.
