Registration for the Dayton walk starts at 10 a.m. at University of Dayton River Campus, 1700 S. Patterson Blvd.

Participants who raise $1,000 or more will be invited to a special April 19 brunch with Allen, said Katie Houser, database coordinator for ARC Ohio in Dayton.

Allen, a cookbook author and food writer, was the food and wine connoisseur on Bravo's Queer Eye.
