Yuengling Bands and BBQ has just added a VIP section.
Amy Zahora, executive director of the Miami Valley Restaurant Association, told us 150 seats in ten rows have been opened up for those looking for an up close and personal experience at the May 31 festival, which will be held at the Montgomery County Fairgrounds, 1043 S Main St. in Dayton. The event will feature brews, BBQ and country music from Cassadee Pope, Craig Wayne Boyd, Old Dominion and Centerville High School grad Alexis Gomez, a recent "American Idol" contestant.
The music starts at noon and goes until 8:15 p.m.
Each VIP ticket includes parking.
Here is a rundown of the pricing structure: first row seats are $50, second row seats are $40, third and fourth row seats are $30 and fifth through 10th row seats are $25.
Call (937) 461-6872 for tickets, but don't drag your feet. Amy says first row tickets are going fast.
General admission is $5 in advance and $10 at the door. Lawn chairs will be allowed in a designated area.
Amy says a tent will be added to this year's show.
"We are just trying to keep everyone comfortable," she said.
