Business serving alcohol-filled slushies opens at Liberty Center

A shop serving craft, boozy slushies has opened at Liberty Center.

The Frost Factory features drinks for the 21-and-older crowd to add the alcohol of their choice, plus alcohol-free slushies for younger guests.

“We will have flights for those that want to try 3 different flavors and the option to layer two flavors in our full size and fish bowls,” said co-owner Sammi Wendt.

The Frost Factory also will offer a selection of beer, wine and non-frozen cocktails and shots, said Wendt, who is starting the business with co-owner Jamie Robinson.

“Both Jamie and myself live in Liberty Twp. and love the atmosphere at Liberty Center and knew it was a perfect location for our business idea,” Wendt said.

Customers will be able to walk around Liberty Center’s Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area with their drinks.

“We will allow carry-in food from within the Liberty Center, as we will not offer food and want to promote the restaurants within the center,” Wendt said.

“...We encourage everyone to apply in person when we open as we will be looking for help in the near future,” Wendt said.
