The building was formerly home to Brown Oak Antiques, which announced two years ago that it would close.
The building is across the street from Miami Valley’s campus, at the corner of Oak Street and Brown Street. The property last sold in 2009 for $63,855, according to property records.

The seller is listed as Asset Management and Information Inc., which has a Cincinnati address. The sale was recorded Feb. 1 by the Montgomery County Auditor.
Miami Valley Hospital, part of Dayton-based Premier Health, is the city’s largest employer and had $809.9 million in net patient revenue in 2016, according to the Ohio Health Market Review.
The hospital already owns much of the real estate that surrounds the main campus.
Across Oak Street from the former antique shop, the hospital also owns a grass lot at 900 Brown St. that it bought in 2011 for $295,000.
In 2016, the hospital bought a former Denny's restaurant at at 1136 S. Main St. that neighbored the hospital campus for $350,000. It demolished the building, and the site is now green space.
