That’s right, re-opening. The shop at 4 S. Main St. temporarily closed for business “due to unforeseen circumstances” back in August.
The shop will celebrate a grand re-opening with a week of special deals starting Monday, the partnership said in an email newsletter. The shop is open to anyone who wants to bring in their wheels for any maintenance work.

Shop hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday. The shop is closed Sunday.
The shop first opened in the summer of 2016.
Performance Management Analyst John Hoff told this news outlet back then that the repair shop’s downtown location is “a perfect complimentary service for RTA to provide.”
“RTA is diverse in that we promote multiple modes of transportation beyond our traditional big bus service,” Allison Wichie, a spokeswoman for RTA, said Friday. “Wright Stop Bike Shop is a natural fit to our transit services and we’re proud to re-open Downtown Dayton’s only bike shop.
“The convenient location in the heart of downtown and the center of the city’s recent residential boom will allow cyclists who live and work here to easily get their bikes serviced by knowledgeable technicians,” she added.
