The restaurant with 6,008 square feet came with nearly 2.7 acres.

The sale was recorded late last week.
A representative for Bob Evans restaurants said in an email that the restaurant itself will continue to operate.
“The restaurant itself will continue to be owned and operated by Bob Evans Restaurants, LLC,” said Sara Rosenberg Bittorf, chief marketing officer and senior vice president for Bob Evans.
In recent years, Bob Evans has restructured its business and has been selling its restaurants. In May 2017, a trio of Dayton-area Bob Evans restaurants sold simultaneously for a total of $5.6 million.
At the time, Bob Evans Farms Inc. had divided its business by keeping its food production side and selling off its restaurant chain to private equity group Golden Gate Capital.

Ohio-based Bob Evans Farms said at the time it intended to sell off its restaurants to focus on packaged foods.
Golden Gate Capital bought the restaurants for $565 million, and Bob Evans Farms bought Pineland Farms Potato Co. for $115 million.
