Home design and decor fans can get their fix at the Home Builders Association of Dayton’s 2018 Homearama Touring Edition presented by Vectren starting this weekend.
The scattered-site tour throughout the Dayton region runs daily starting today through Aug. 12.
Seven houses range from a patio home that is big on style priced at $224,900 to a luxury home valued at $999,000.
Although most of the homes have been sold, you might find the perfect home – or builder – simply by visiting Homearama. Remodeling your existing home and getting the freshest ideas on décor or technology also are part of the tour.
Participating builders are Astelier Fine Homes, Catalyst Homes, Charles V. Simms Development Corp., Clearcreek Custom Builders, G.A. White Homes, Oberer Homes and Peebles Homes. Builders or their representatives will be on hand to answer questions.
Driving directions and ticket information are available HERE and through the Dayton Homearama mobile app.
Local Kroger stores also offer tickets for $12. The Dayton Homearama mobile app is available to download, free of charge, through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
Walk-ups without tickets will be charged $15 at the door of Homearama homes; all guests older than 5 must have a ticket to enter.
Your ticket is good for the entirety of the show and you are welcome to tour as many homes as you would like each day until Homearama concludes. Your ticket is good for one visit to each Homearama house.
Also, a printed Homearama guidebook will be provided to each guest at the first home visited. The houses will be available to tour Monday-Thursday from 4 to 8 p.m., Friday-Saturday from noon to 8 p.m., and Sunday from noon to 6 p.m.
