The seller is an affiliate LLC of Huber Management Corp., a Washington Twp.-based real estate owner. Huber Management also recently sold a vacant Kroger in Centerville along South Main Street.
The new landlord of the 27,000-square-foot shopping center is JK Real Estate Commercial Group LLC, which lists its mailing address as the Washington Twp. UPS store.

The owners of Meadowlark and Wheat Penny are also also aiming to open a new restaurant ScissorTail Sandwich Shop at the shopping center
The shopping center is home to tenants like Anytime Fitness, The Shopping Bag, and Jon Thomas Salon.
