The Collaboratory has been behind community projects such as 3rd Sundays at Front Street, Dayton Sewing Collaborative, and Dayton Porchfest.
The Talbott Tower, at the corner of Ludlow and First streets, just sold to a new property owner, who is planning renovations and seeking to add new tenants.
