Red Robin to be closed 4 to 6 weeks following fire

The Beavercreek Red Robin is expected to be closed for four to six weeks while damage is repaired following a fire at the restaurant Friday, according to restaurant officials.

Beavercreek firefighters said they are still working to determine an official cause for flames and a estimated dollar loss from the fire is still being assessed.

The restaurant employs about 80 people and restaurant management is looking at keeping those people working by either assisting with cleanup efforts at the restaurant or by picking up shifts at nearby Red Robin locations, according to spokesman Kevin Caulfield.

Red Robin has other locations in Dayton, West Chester Twp. and Mason.
