Shopping center in Greene County sold for $2.3M

A shopping center in Bellbrook, which is home to El Toro Bar and Grill, has been sold for more than $2.5 million.

The strip mall and parking lot, located at 4413 Ohio 725, sold last week. The new owner named on the property records is Edward Jong & Yueh Ru Yu Trustees with the Sun Mood Light Trust. The address named on the property records can be traced back to Midland Management.

The property was sold by Belle Ventures LLC, according to property records.

Wisconsin-based Midland Management owns several shopping centers across the U.S., according to its website. Other businesses in the strip mall include Romer’s Sports Bar & Grill, Capitol Cleaners and Trendy Nail Spa.
