Tipp City energy firm to renovate Webster Station space

Energy Optimizers USA will move from Tipp City to a newly renovated space at 620 E. First St., the company and the Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce said.

“Energy Optimizers, USA is a growing, stable company that has been an integral part of school district and municipal energy savings since 2009,” Energy Optimizers USA Vice President of Business Development Belinda Kenley said in an announcement. “We save our customers valuable funds that originated as tax dollars, so we take our mission of energy savings seriously.”

The company will host a ground-breaking ceremony at 10 a.m. Friday at its new location. Dayton Mayor Nan Whaley and representatives of the Dayton Development Coalition, the chamber, parent company Habegger Corp. and others are expected to be part of the event, which is open to the public.

Exterior renovations at the site have already begun. The design work on the Habegger Building was performed by KBA, Inc. and construction work is being performed by Cincinnati Commercial Contracting.
