Montgomery County property records show that 5 Schultz LLC has recently paid Citywide Development Corp. — the city of Dayton’s private development arm — for 11 parcels of property in the 313 Mound area, in the city’s Five Points neighborhood.
The properties are on West Fifth Street, Hawthorn Street and Mound.
Brian Heitkamp, Citywide Development president, said the corporation built the facility decades ago for ATW. The organization leased the facility for years.
ATS Automation most recently leased the property, for the last five years.
PDSI does some of the same work as ATS Automation, Heitkamp said.
“It’s a big win for the community, someone buying and investing in West Dayton,” he said.
State filings link John Schultz, president of Production Design Services, Inc. and PDSI Technical Services, to 5 Schultz LLC, a domestic limited liability company.
Currently, Production Design Services is at 401 Fame Road.
