For the first time in 50 years, this Ohio state park has a new trail (and it’s absolutely breathtaking)

One of Ohio’s most notable state parks just got a HUGE upgrade.

For the first time in 50 years, a new trail opened up at Hocking Hills State Park, according to Ohiogram.

>> Matthew McConaughey — yes, the actor — spotted zipping around Hocking Hills

The new trail focuses around Whispering Cave, the second-largest cave in Hocking Hills, and it also serves as a much-needed connector between the park's other landmarks Old Man's Cave and Cedar Falls.

Some of the unique features of this new trail include a 105-foot waterfall, a 300-foot-wide cavernmassive sandstone cliffs and even a new swinging bridge.
