However, Pratt decided things would be different the day after Christmas: "This morning I woke up and I've determined that I'm going to get on it. And I don't want to, but I'm going to do it, I'm going to start it today."
Pratt flat-out acknowledged that "it sucks to work out," but pointed out that "after you do it you feel great." He encouraged his fans to join him and exercise: "I'm asking you to do it with me and check in…Let's do it and get through it, and we'll feel good."

"I kinda feel like having Chris Pratt lecturing us about skipping workout on his IG stories has made me have a will to go on a jog today (which has been a while, because insecurities, fam)," he wrote.

@WeeJudiee thanked Pratt for his "super motivational Instagram" because it made her realize, "ehh I have no excuse not to."
I’d like to thank @prattprattpratt for his super motivational Instagram because I went to the gym today and it sucked but now I feel awesome. And I wouldn’t have done that (as willingly) if I hadn’t watched that story and realised “ehh I have no excuse not to” 😅💪🏻❤️
