These are the Dayton-area Valentine’s Day events that prove to be just as unique as your love is for your significant other.

We will be regularly updating this guide with more events, so check back for updates through Valentine’s Day.

💕Cupid’s Undie Run

Dayton will be participating in this national event yet again in 2020. Cupid’s Undie Run happens in 40 different cities around the world. It will take place at Lock 27 Brewing Company on Saturday, Feb. 15 from 12-4 p.m.

Don’t be fooled by the event’s name. Attendees will only run for a mile at their own pace. Though undies are the preferred garment, event organizers understand that the attire is not for everyone. The compromise? They ask that you wear the most outrageous costume that you own.

What makes this event even sweeter? The underwear party is put on each year to raise awareness and find a cure for neurofibromatosis, a genetic disorder that affects one in every 3,000 children born. The event raises money to find the cure to this genetic disorder.

Attendees will pay $40 to participate, with the option of raising donations to receive extra goodies like a race T-shirt. You can register for the undie run by visiting my.cupids.org/register.
