Christmas cheer to arrive at The Greene tonight

The Greene hosts annual tree lighting and Santa arrival parade

Visitors to the annual Christmas tree lighting at The Greene Town Square can expect a remarkable display of holiday cheer.

The festivities will kick off at 6 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 14 with live music by Anthony Mossburg, song and dance by the Muse Machine, horse-drawn carriages and more.

The Santa Arrival Parade will begin at 7 p.m., and will eventually lead up to the annual lighting of the Greene’s giant Christmas tree.

At 7:15 p.m., Santa Claus will light the 50-foot-tree with a child from the Special Wish Foundation. Carriage rides and a special Santa photo set will be available for visitors.
