What a long, strange trip it’s been!
If you’re not too tired from other festivities you may or may not be taking part in on Saturday, celebrate April 20 with an evening of the Grateful Dead with tribute band Terrapin Moon at the Yellow Cab Tavern in downtown Dayton.

One of Dayton’s newest breweries, Branch & Bone Artisan Ale will be tapping its dank-hopped IPA, “Morning Dew” for the first time at this event.
The doors open at 8 p.m. and tickets are $7 in advance or $10 on that day.

“Having fun with the date, we thought it’d be a perfect excuse to bring Terrapin Moon back for a great night of the Grateful Dead,” David Obenour, concert promoter said. “After we knew that they were available I asked Brett at Branch & Bone what his feelings on the Dead were and that’s how we got ‘Morning Dew’.”
As one of Dayton’s longest running Grateful Dead acts, Terrapin Moon will be performing two sets for over three hours of live Dead. EAT will also be on hand to satisfy munchies and Branch & Bone’s “Morning Dew” is promised to be “super dank” with the choicest of hops used in this beer’s dry-hopping.

“We’re talking to some vendors too and are trying to pull together a little shakedown street of vendors,” Obenour said. “The Dead were always meant to be heard live, so come on out!”
