7 ways to squash pre-Thanksgiving anxiety in Dayton

Somewhere someone once said Thanksgiving is supposed to be a time to gather and feast with family and friends and reflect on all that is good in your lives.

Of course, that picturesque image tends to melt away the second your crazy uncle starts spouting off about politics and your grandmother starts comparing your current girlfriend to your ex—who happens to be her favorite.

It’s with those imminent sources of angst that we offer these upcoming events to help you shake out some negative energy in preparation for whatever offensive thing your freeloading cousin is about to say at the dinner table this year.
