A Miamisburg brewery will toast its 5th anniversary this Saturday, Aug. 3, with special food, live music and a newly unveiled premium tequila bar.
Lucky Star Brewery, which has cultivated a cantina-style atmosphere from its inception, is calling the event an “anniversary fiesta,” which will be held from 11 a.m. to midnight Saturday at the brewery at 219 S. 2nd St. in Miamisburg.
On tap will be 15 beers, including two special beers brewed specifically for the anniversary, as well as special food items. Two local bands will provide the live music, and there will be “top-shelf tequilas from our new tequila bar,” brewery spokeswoman Ana Perrine said.
“Miamisburg has been great, and we couldn’t have picked a better place for Lucky Star Brewery,” Perrine said.
Founded by Glenn Perrine, Lucky Star Brewery operates out of a three-story, 21,000-square-foot building that dates to 1900.
