VALENTINE’S DAY WINE DINNER

On Wednesday, Feb. 13, Salar will trade chocolate and flowers for oysters and rosé with a tantalizing, five-course Valentine's Day Wine Dinner to pamper you and your date.

First course: Haut Couture Rose French Bubbles paired with fresh oysters with a Peruvian mignonette

Second course: Gundlach Bundschu Gewurztraminer paired with a seared U10 scallop with cardamom and rose petal brown butter and avocado served with rice croquette

Third course: The Other Granache paired with pan seared duck breast medallions, spicy rocoto pepper, honey and ginger sauce, served with black quinoa tossed with lime and cilantro

Fourth course: L'Apostolle Cuvee Alexandria paired with marinated and grilled beef tenderloin medallion served with lump crab cake and black garlic sauce

Fifth course: Sexual Chocolate Red Blend paired with chocolate ganache quenelle, marinated and aged balsamic strawberries, basil syrup and creamy yolk sauce

Cost is $69 per person. Price excludes tax and gratuity.
