Fazoli’s has been partnering with the Feed the Children organization, and in the years since has assisted more than 8,800 families by providing 75,500 pounds of food and essentials. The No Hunger Holidays campaign addresses and brings awareness to the issue of childhood hunger that persists in Dayton. Feed the Children is an organization dedicated to ensuring that no child goes hungry throughout the nation and the world. They work hard to partner with local organizations in cities across the world to provide aid to those in need.

Beginning at 11 a.m. that day, Howard and his team will begin handing out a 25-pound box of food, a 15-pound box of essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, lotion and personal-care items, and a box of Avon products to children and young families in need at The Salvation Army Ray & Joan Kroc Corps Community Center, located at 1000 N. Keowee St. in Dayton.

“We’re excited to have the opportunity to work with Feed the Children and The Salvation Army – Dayton Kroc Center in order to truly make a difference in the community, one breadstick at a time,” Howard said in a news release. “I am proud to be from Dayton and it is an honor to be able to give back to this community each year, especially during the holiday season. This is our fifth event in Dayton and we’ve been able to make a difference in the lives of 2,000 families. This is an opportunity for the Fazoli’s team to show our appreciation and support for this amazing community.”
