Restaurants participating in the “Sneak Peek” event include: Amber Rose Restaurant and Catering, Basil’s on Market, Carvers Steaks & Chops, Chappys Social House, Coco’s Bistro, Doc’s Place, El Meson, elé Cake Co., Bistro & Wine Bar, Lily’s Bistro, Meadowlark, Nelly’s, Nibbles Restaurant & Catering, Park City Club, Roost Modern Italian, and Salar Restaurant and Lounge.
Tickets are $20.16 in advance and $25 at the door and are available at the Miami Valley Restaurant Association's web site. The event is expected to sell out, according to MVRA executive director Amy Zahora.

Doc's Place: Filet with a mushroom Bordelaise sauce
Amber Rose Restaurant and Catering: Ribs with a blueberry BBQ sauce and homemade coleslaw
Meadowlark: Pork tenderloin with 'nduja and melon
Basil's on Market: Smoked BBQ ribs topped with cucumber ceviche, placed atop of grilled pineapple & cilantro grits
