How you can see 7 of Dayton’s most impressive homes for free this weekend

If you haven't heard about Dayton's Homearama Touring Edition event, think of BBC's hit series "Planet Earth." The show takes viewers to hundreds of spectacular natural visuals around the planet. In this case, the nature destinations are beautiful homes instead.

Whether you’re someone who is thinking about building, wanting to perhaps make big changes to your existing home or even if you just love to get inspired by walking through and appreciating beautiful homes in the Dayton-area, Homearama is a great opportunity to see beautiful craftsmanship you wouldn’t otherwise be able to access.

“The Home Builders Association of Dayton and Vectren are delighted to present the 2018 Homearama Touring Edition presented by Vectren,” according to the Homearama website. “The scattered-site home show features seven gorgeous new homes and showcases a variety of architectural styles, amenities, and locations throughout the Miami Valley.”

HOW TO GET FREE TICKETS THIS WEEKEND

There is even an an opportunity to attend Homearama for free this year. 100 tickets will be given away to the first 100 people at one of the seven Homearama homes beginning at noon on Saturday, Aug. 11. The home giving away free tickets is located at 266 Fox Meadow Court in Xenia, and was built by G.A. White Homes.

So if you’re doing Homearama right, it would be smart to start at the G.A. White Home and make your way to the remaining six, as attendees only need one ticket to visit all seven homes.
