Holiday Inn Dayton/Fairborn to host Breakfast with Santa event

The Holiday Inn Dayton/Fairborn across from Wright State University will host its 5th consecutive Breakfast with Santa event from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 1.

The hotel’s Grand Ballroom “will be transformed into a Christmas wonderland” for the event, and its culinary staff will prepare a breakfast buffet featuring French Toast, farm-fresh eggs, biscuits and gravy, and other favorites, according to a release.

Activities for children will include decorating cookies, brownies or Rice Krispy treats and creating holiday ornaments. Guests who bring in a non-perishable food item to donate to a local food pantry, or a gently used or new book for Project Read, will be entered into a gift basket raffle.

Santa will meet with children from 10 a.m. until noon to hear Christmas wish lists and pose for complimentary photos.

The Breakfast with Santa event costs $13 for adults, $10 for military, $10 for seniors, and $8 for kids 6 to 12 years old. There is no admission charge for kids 5 and under. Reservations for the event are available by calling (937) 431-4613.
