Cirque Musica’s Crescendo is a symphonic theatrical production combining a stirring musical performance from the Dayton Philharmonic Orchestra (DPO), under the direction of Artistic Director and Conductor Neal Gittleman, with the physical feats of international cirque artists.
Cirque Musica has traveled the world blending the majesty of two wonderful artistic traditions: cirque artistry and symphonic music. The Dayton Philharmonic and guest violinist Veronica Gan will perform some of the great classical works from composers such as Tchaikovsky, Korsakov, Smetana, Holst, Mussorgsky, Beethoven, Copland and Wagner. And the renowned physical artists of Cirque Musica will interpret the music physically as no one else can.
